1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of speedplayvictory.com (the “website”), pre-registration for SpeedPlayVictory: Victory Circuit (the “game”), the User Area and any Welcome Offer or promotion we run. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Accounts
- You need a valid email address that you control to create a User Area account.
- If you are below the age at which you can agree to online services where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
- One account per person. Sign-in links are sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, automated sign-ups or attempts to claim an offer more than once.
3. The game
SpeedPlayVictory: Victory Circuit is a free-to-play arcade racing game for web browsers and is currently in pre-registration. It is not yet playable on this website. Circuits, drivers, modes, events and dates described here reflect our current plans and may change before or after launch.
4. Welcome Offer and promotions
- The pre-registration Welcome Offer (5,000 Podium Gems, driver Juno Apex, the Slipstream car livery, 3 Nitro Boosts, 5 Tyre Shields, the Victory Circuit Racing Guide and a Founding Driver profile badge) is free and limited to one per person and account.
- Signing up reserves the offer on your account. It is delivered in three drops on day 1, day 3 and day 7 after launch, collected by signing in to your User Area.
- Other bonuses, promotions and event prizes are described in the game or on the website, together with any conditions and end dates.
- We may change or end an offer where required by law, to prevent abuse, or for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Items already delivered stay on your account except in cases of abuse.
5. Podium Gems and in-game items
Podium Gems, drivers, liveries, power-ups, badges and other in-game items give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game. They have no monetary value, can’t be exchanged for cash or real-world goods, and can’t be sold, traded or transferred to another account.
6. Fair play
Don’t cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorised software, harass other players, or interfere with the game or the website. Lap times set unfairly may be removed from leaderboards.
7. Intellectual property
The SpeedPlayVictory name, logo, the drivers (including Vela Ortiz, Kai Rampart and Juno Apex), artwork, text and code are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, other than sharing screenshots of your own gameplay for personal, non-commercial use.
SpeedPlayVictory is a sub-brand of Sportsbet.io. The Sportsbet.io name is a trademark of its owner.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the website and game are provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
